As part of their World Around Us curriculum, our P.7 class have been studying the topic of Famine. Upon learning of the difficulties still faced by families in our own city, today, the children initiated a collection of food items to be donated to those families most in need. On Wednesday, Mr. Moore, Miss Duddy and 3 pupil representatives visited Foyle Food Bank to hear deliver the items they had collected and to hear about how their donation would help lots of families.
