STEM Learning - Making Sledges for the Arctic

P4 had a fun afternoon engaging in some STEM Learning.  We looked at the designs of various types of sledges.  We discussed why sledges are used in the Arctic.  Children designed their sledges using their mini-whiteboards then embarked on the task of creating their own sledge which they tested later.
